Hi bought 2 shower power pumps of ebay on Saturday night, one at Rushden the other at Uxbridge, as we where taking the daughter back to Nottingham I decided to pick them up. ::bigsmile:

Phoned the Rushden one just before I left Notts, got his postcode and house number, put it into the tomtom and it took me straight there, did the same with the one at Uxbridge, with the same result. No stress, no searching on maps, no asking for a complicated list of directions. Just straight there. :thumb:

I think this is where Sat. Nav. comes into its own finding addresses in towns. Was mini cab driver for about three years, and without it in a strange town the job would have been almost impossible at times. We used to deliver goods and it was no good asking them the way. I remember once delivering something and being asked if I had had problems finding them it appeared that if a new postie was on they could never find them.
I also think they are great for finding your way through towns

They have their uses just don't rely totally on them you will get caught out.
