Satnav coordinates problem

Trying to find out how to enter coordinates on the 7in screen Fiat Infotainment system.
I have downloaded the navigation manual for this system, however still unable to enter a destination using coordinates.
Screenshot below from the manual says tap : New route + coordinates, however there is no option on my screen to select coordinates.

I've been through the settings etc but no success so far.
System is the standard Fiat installed factory unit.
Any help or advice will be very much appreciated,

Afraid not, I watched this after hitting Google etc .
Different unit and set up.

Update regarding loading coordinates on the Satnav.
Attached photos show unit info number and screens for selecting coordinate type.
Fiat have now informed me that this type of head unit does not have the function to input coordinates. ( 7 inch screen Infotainment system on a 2021 van ).
I cannot understand why Fiat / Daiichi / TomTom have designed and produced a unit which does not allow the input of coordinates.
