Satellite TV

I have a Caratec TV with satellite but cannot get a picture for more than about 30 seconds and it then comes up “no signal”?! Tuned into Astra 28.2. Very strange and I wonder if anyone has any thoughts on this?

Really not sure! It has Dethleffs on the dish but that is the brand of the motor home part of the Hymer Group.

Someone I know put the aerial plug in the wrong socket and he never had tv for a week until his mate sorted it out cost me a bottle of Scotch

Do you have any sort of manual for the satellite tv system, or the Caratec tv model number......?
