Plenty of channels available on a dome all over Spain...

But assume you mean UK channels...so a dome will not get BBC ITV C4 Fives etc from Astra 2´s UK beam, the main UK TV satellites.
They may get some of the pay channels that are on the Euro beam.
They may get some from the Freeview back up service on I907 at 27.5 west...with appropriate receiver.
