Any advice on 12v sat receivers. I am looking for one where the ‘keys’ can be updated via a usb cable as opposed to internet/ftp
    Thanks
    Nigel

most receivers come with USB capabilities these days.
they are used for usb recording, playback, and upgrading.
but not at lot can be opened with "keys" these days, since encrpytions have got better and more secure.

The Aldi Camping satallite systems have a 12V decoder.

£59.00 all in with dish, scart lead, remote control, coax, mount, compass and sat finder!

Only in store once a year though!

We have one unused in the garage.......................!:winky:
