Hi, I have driven through Sandsend today and it is beautiful, I noticed that on the road going towards Whitby leaving the village, there are parking spaces all along the beach side of the road.
Does anyone know if you can park a motorhome there over night? I think it would be the perect place to wake up in!

we have seen motorhomes there before but it was a couple of years ago yes i know what u mean about waking up with that view of the sea lovely

I came down the coast from the Redcar and the drop down Lythe Bank is scary in a truck!!!!!!. Delivered in Whitby and the came home over the North York Moors, I had never driven that way before and I am now going to gfo up the coast road from Scarbro` in April to the meet!! Some of those hills will kill our old van
