Samsung galaxy will not receive SMS texts (1 Viewer)

Hi.

My wife has a samsung galaxy that works fine but has now stopped receiving SMS's, sends ok and gets emails and whatsapps with no probs. Any ideas anyone?

You don't say what model, older Galaxy's used to play up on text when the memory was getting full, probably need to do a dump to the SD card. You will have to google it I can't remember how to do it, used to do it regualy when I had one.

Now I think about it Ive had this before. So just cleared about 1 gb of videos out of whatsapp = problem solved.
