Samsung Galaxy Ace (1 Viewer)

Hi I have a galaxy ace the problem is that it will not charge.
it says its charging but it is not, tryed a new battery also charger still nothing,
some one says it just needs updating no idea how to do it. Any ideas?

Had a similar problem with a Galaxy X cover 2. It shared the ACE specs.
I had it apart and sussed it was a faulty main board.
The upgrade I used was a Galaxy S5!

Some good videos but still not charging so organised another phone off eb y.
same phone so ok for spares now.

Like the one about fluf pick out with a pin there was some in but not the problem.
