Well that's a relief had me worried there, never mind new adventures to plan for 2020

Open taps in mid hot/cold position and just rely on gravity - after I have taken off the Reike pump with NRV incorporated.

Then any residual water has room to expand if it ices so no damage.

Don't be too sure, the little bit of water in our shower valve blew it apart. "What is that drip drip drip noise I hear" were my words next year.

When liquid water is cooled, it contracts like one would expect until a temperature of approximately 4 degrees Celsius is reached. After that, it expands slightly until it reaches the freezing point, and then when it freezes it expands by approximately 9%.
 
Why winterise it in November ? take proper precautions and us it all year round !!
We were away last weekend, next weekend , and last weekend of November (5 day rally) then away over the new year !

Been away in north Scotland in -17c and blizzards, followed snow plough to the site along with 26 other like minded souls and had a great time.
They motorhomes are usually well built and insulation is far better now than 30 years ago and are now designed for all year round use, get out and enjoy it while you still can !!
