I think they should be replaced under your warranty.

Hi, same as mine they were rusty when we picked up our new van  but wheel nut covers and a spray of acf50 sorted that out .

ACF50, great product but a preventative rather than a cure for rust, suggest it is brushed on the nuts rather than sprayed just in case it gets on brake discs.

Just remember it's a Fiat your talking about not a Auto-Trail.:giggle:

Wheel nuts are made from steel so are expected to rust. It is not a manufacturing fault. Look at all the suspension parts, do you want these replaced as well..

If you want them to look good you need to put covers on them

Have you ever wondered what the base vehicle is for your Auto-Trail Delaware ?
What part of my comment is incorrect?, Auto-Trail didn't make the base vehicle so it's not relevant.
It could have been any motorhome manufacturer.

Unfortunately, nature of the beast but as mentioned caps will transform the appearance in seconds (y)

I recently made the same upgrade and admit it’s one of the most satisfying and cheapest upgrades.

I had a brake service in local garage it took him longer to remove the covers than to do the service. He advised never to put them on again.

Hi, he obviously did not use the supplied tool which makes it easy to remove

I agree and that’s why I opted to use plastic covers rather than ones manufactured in metal (y)

You have got to be kidding, I put a smear of grease when I fitted mine no way would the supplied tool remove them all when I took it for service, I made my own out of some cheap pliers works every time I will take a photograph tomorrow if anyone needs one ?
