Unlike our funerals then lolSpoke to family today and the funeral is going to be a non starter, its going to be one of those cremations where not a lot happens and they just get the ashes…. not sure on this as I’ve forgotten most of what was said on it…
So it will only be a small family get together after.. it may not be for a while yet and could be around Christmas time..
I’ve decided I can have my moment with her on the day wherever I am…
And the funeral normally takes place 3 or 4 days after the person dies.Unlike our funerals then lol

It used to be 3 days in Scotland.. my grannies was in 1982. My dad died in 2000 and his was delayed to 3 weeks to allow my sister time to return from Australia... my mums last year 1month was the earliest available.
