Daft little boat as well, very narrow, had to back all the trucks on and then put 2 of us with trailers on a ramp, the French guy with a trailer was bricking it thinking he was going to have to reverse it but they dropped the other end of the ramp and there was just room to swing round in the front. Defo first and last time for Balearia

Ive got a trailer on Jock so trying not to block the aisle behind and what you can't see is beyond me is a guy with a beetle on a trailer that completely blocks the aisle from the other direction. I only originally stopped to pick up Sue but then CaptainPaul and I got talking...... spent the night at Alceidesa hoping to go over for a couple of beers but it was blowing a hooley.

I did a off road tour of maroc 25 years ago , we would be in the middle of the desert or mountains (no roads ) , we would stop for lunch & within 10 minutes there would always be somebody turning up ( usually young boy goat herders) , our tour operator always fed them , think it’s a cultural customs

I would always try to give anyone asking for food or water especially if I'm stopped in the middle of nowhere and in towns & cities I'd give a few quid to people who looked down on their luck, I suppose it comes from when I had f'eck all to my name myself but who knows, some might be con artists but just as much chance they could be genuine

We bought these big boxes of individual cakes/biscuit's to give the kids after the sweets ran out, I don’t generally give to adults as they can make their own luck whereas the kids have no choice… going by the size of “most” of the women it looks like they don’t go hungry…

Looks can be deceiving, in some countries, big ladies are thought to be more beautiful, so they stuff themselves with, often, junk food to achieve a greater body mass.

It's a strange world we live in!

I don't know enough about Morocco as I've never been but.......who knows?
