We're planning to go to the Royal Welsh Show this year and would like any advice where to stay.
Are we allowed to stay on the showground?

Hi Tom penmaenau farm located next to showground is the nearest no camping on showground check out royal welsh membership tickets and day entry prices if you intend to go every day they also do a day ticket which is a little cheaper but with membership you can acess membership bars loos restaurants grandstand no queuing dont make mistake and book into
Young peoples village its like ibiza lol.

We went a couple years ago, there did seem a lot of caravans etc opposite the show entrance but as yet haven’t found out whether they're for trade stands or general public.
