Route planning app

Having just read the latest MoHoFun Magazine, I was interested in the article about the Route Planning App. However some of us have managed to escape/ avoid the clutches of Apple and I wondered if anyone has a recommendation for a similar app that works for android rather than just iOS.
A free app is clearly a benefit and one that doesn't limit the number of stops like some. This is for a hopeful European road trip to Croatia in 2021. Thanks.

Someone recommended this, but I havnt been able to get it to work.looks as if it would be good if it did what it says.
Appreciate it if anyone else can get it to work.
