Toilets 24hrs and not a bad full English
Or A303 Cartgate services.
Plenty parking for overnighting .

Cartgate
On the A303

It's a cafe with large parking area where lots of motorhome over night
It normally has loo's but were closed due to COVID last 2 times I have stopped there

The Cartgate roundabout is where you would turn off the A303 and onto the A3038 to head to the New Forest area

I agree Cartgate would be a good stopover but I certainly wouldn't turn right and go through Yeovil to get to the New Forest. That’s a tedious drive. I would carry on up the A303 and turn off onto the A36. The roads are better. Sods law you will now get stuck on the A303 and curse me but it was OK last week when I was driving round the Salisbury bit!

Another vote for Cartgate, easy access and it’s well screened from the A303.
Don‘t think you’ll find anywhere to wildcamp near Brockenhurst, though, if that’s what you wanted.

We will be staying overnite as booked into long meadow on sat. Is there anywhere atound Chard as thought we would drive for 2 hours then stop as not leaving cornwall till 5pm ish. Thank,s.

Cartgate is about 20 minutes from Chard and Eype Services about 30 minutes. Yeovil and Dorchester are both easily bypassed. The A36 around Salisbury can be slow but the A31 has it moments too. Google maps will show which is quickest on the day.
