This is a bit of a long shot but I received some really helpful replies to my last post about the best ways to put a bike on a plane.
So, has anyone cycled a decent route from Rotterdam to Koblenz and is willing to share it please?
All help gratefully received.

The book you want to get is this one
https://www.esterbauer.com/bikeline/rhein-radweg-4/
The text may be in German (You may be able to find an older version in English)
But it does not matter if you cant speak German, it's the superb maps you need.
The index also list all the campsites, B&B's and Hotels en-route

I've cycled thousands of miles of the German rivers over the last 20 years, the Esterbauer books are by far the best.
(They also come with downloadable .gpx files if you have the hardware to run the apps)

As an FYI, for cycling you ideally want between 1:75,000 to 1:25,000 maps scale maps.
1:100,000 and above does not give enough detail for cycling.

Thanks Brains, that's brilliant.
I'm actually cycling to Rome from Shropshire but part of the trip (Munich to Rome) is with Peak tours.
And Peak Tours also do a Koblenze to Munich trip and they have been kind enough to give me their routemaps for this part of the trip.
So all I have to do is plan the Oswestry to Koblenze via Rotterdam bit.
I went from Dover to Durness last year with Peak Tours and they are absolutely fantastic in every respect. Well recommended.
