Rooflight Sticking (1 Viewer)

i am having problems when I open the roof light in my van whilst I start to turn the handle I also have to push the roof light at the same time and when it does start to open the rubber seal comes away with it as it open have anyone any ideas how to stop this happening?

Once you have it open rub some talcum powder on the seal.....stops the seal and "glass" sticking together.
or maybe a little petrolium jelly sparingly rubbed on the seal.
