Opened the roof vent window today but it would not support itself on the struts. Never been a problem before so whether its heat related (32 degrees) I dont know. Has anyone replaced the struts and if so where do I begin. The van is a Swift Kontiki, 2004.

Probably the weather. Wait until it cools and try again.
