Roof Light replacement help

Help please. I am looking for a replacement roof light for the brother in laws caravan (Blew off by Bella ;-))

Aperture (hole size) in the roof is 965mm x 653mm and measuring the roof light internal plastic its 955mm x 650mm.

Ideally he would like to get a second hand, but would this work:

Am I measuring it right?

Whos is the best second hand dealer? We are in Devon but he will pay for delivery etc??

The eBay one is a good price and just like my existing one. Only just replaced gas strut after 20 years.

Thanks guys, think he will go for this one, just wanted a check on here as its not my van, but on our drive and he asked me to measure it up
