Roof light help (1 Viewer)

Autosleeper Symbol. Have over wound the roof light and cannot open it. The roof light will close but only if it open slightly. It seems a clip of holding the the outer cable casing is broken which means the casing forms a loop.
Can I fix this or is it a workshop job?
