Some manufactures ask for a 6 monthly check.As for the money make sure the seller has internet banking & if so do a transfer on collection but not without seeing the van.If you know little about MH's then I suggest you find a local MH engineer and pay to have him/her inspect it for you. Not only will it be money well spent but it may also allow you to barter the price down to cover any little defects</blockquote>
