RM 6 series Dometic Fridge - spares wanted (freezer hinge and door catch) or repair advice? (1 Viewer)

Hi, I am looking for anyone 'breaking' a RM 6 series dometic fridge. I need a freezer flap hinge - about £27 on ebay, and a door securing catch to stop it opening as travel - about £15 or so

unless of course anyone has a any advice as to how to mend the flap hinge or suggest an easy door securing catch - which shouldn't be difficult to fabricate something but if anyone can take the trial and error process away, then I can concentrate on other things LOL

He's my fridge catch. Made from a piece of stainless steel, an old kitchen utensil as far as I remember. Works a treat!
