Any tips where to go? We discovered the wonderful Foz de Lumbier recently (see pic) but finding it hard to find access to nice walks. The sat nav directed us to a national park area but we couldn't find the way in. (Urbasa y Andia)
Any suggestions where to go? The drives are stunning and the campsites are in lovely settings but all the rivers and lakes have burst their banks with the rain and is dangerous for the dog who will swim in anything. We're looking for nice walks if anyone can recommend any.

Mendigorria ACSI site. We were there last week. More like a French site with large grass pitches. Pleasant village nearby. Probably only suitable for a one night stopover.

Thanks
We were there yesterday and enjoyed visiting the village. Couldn't see any path by the river for walking the dog though. Great campsite and had excellent dinner.
We are also considering carrying on through northern Spain inland (saving the coast for another time) and crossing the Pyranees into France somewhere in Catalonia to get home on the famed A75 . Has anyone done this and know where the best place to cross is?

Since 2016, caravans before that, folding Caravan, tents before that
Go anywhere that advertises “wine tasting”, and bring some back for me.

Great aires in Vitoria Gastiez and Pamplona. La Guardia nice, and Check out the Marquis de Riscal bodega in Legrono, the hotel designed by Frank Gehry is incredible, like a scrapyard in the sky.
