Im always looking at motorhomes, perhaps now is not the ideal time as i do have commitments with elderley care👵🏼
but theres a rimor superbrig 2005 £22,500 37,000 miles, it says it is 3.500 cwt but it seems a lot of motorhome for the money, and hubby likes it too, but i wonder about payload, and also whether rimor are well made? Plus hubbys 66 and he wouldnt have to do a medical at 70 ,what is peoples thoughts on rimor if you dont mind me asking?cheers pampam🤗

6 berth single rear wheels. Our first one was a Compass Cruiser similar layout on a Peugeot Boxer 2.8 base. Although it suited us at the time is soon turned out to be not quite right. The loft bed was confined and as a lardy I did not even try to get up there, grandson loved it grand daughter did not. Making up the two other beds had to be done before anyone went to sleep, no where to sit so all to bed at the same time. Otherwise it was ok on a learning curve to our latest one. If it suits go for it in my opinion it's overpriced but hey it's a sellers market at the moment. If it is near enough go for view and test drive before parting with money.

With the prices as they are I would think it is an excellent price.

Nice looking, standard rear lounge van. Looks nice and clean but don't rely on the photos. Price seems reasonable to me in the current climate, especially considering the year and the mileage. As mentioned above, well worth a look if it's not too far away.

Sorry is cwt short for a ton? I get so mixed up with metric measurements, i thought in advert it meant three and a half ton,but it seems to be a big van for that weight ,i would imagine it weighing more, a few years ago id have jumped in ,but ive become cautious in my old age,
i jumped in and bought a hymer caravan then found out it was too heavy for our transit so then had to buy a discovery to tow it lol….. i do like the rimor tho it has 2 ends to lounge for when the rains lashing down and hes at one end and im at the other lol

Unusual for a caravan to be too big for a transit to tow, unless it was a small transit. It might have been a blessing in disguise, you might have had problems being refused entry to sites with a transit towing a big caravan 🤔

Great base vehicle, very simular to our roller team. Transit base will go on for ever with cheep parts servicing and timing chain. As long as the coach built is dry it’s good. My chassis is plated to 3850kg with a unladen of 2950kg, I may in the future down plate to 3500kg just check it’s payload.
