We emailed then spoke on phone in November to book appointment which was arranged for 22nd February.

Called today to check exact list of work and they now say they have no record of the appointment which means we now can’t get our power situation sorted before we go away at Easter.

I can only that they have been fine with me. I liased with them last year by phone and email about a replacement awning and fitting hydraulic self levelling.

Always had a great service from them. They even phone to confirm the appointment a couple of days beforehand.

reviews on here are qute good but, I emailed them 3 times without response for a fitting of self levelling.
I called and they took my number and said they had lots of emails ??? lol and someone would call me back within the hour, that was 5 months ago. Must be busy !

They were the most recommended when I asked about new battery, solar controller, B2B and reversing camera. At least within reasonable distance (we are SW Scotland).

Obviously there was miscommunication, which is why presumably they didn’t confirm the booking when it was made back in November

Yes but we’re on tight schedule as I only get 2 weeks off at Easter.
I guess we’ll just have to reschedule and make sure we can get hook up this holiday.
