Is anyone else having trouble with the app?

I keep trying to transfer some money. App keeps going around in circles.

Asked for help on their chat 24 hours ago, no response.

No ours is working fine, lots of complaints about the help desk though

Sometimes over time, maybe 2-3 times in as many years, but not at this moment, have had a problem if the internet connection is poor. Try a wifi connection if using cell data, or look for a stronger signal?

No trouble with app, it may be your internet, I have found that if the signal is not brilliant it does that.
Try just turning everything off and starting again from fresh.
Help desk is slow!

Just topped up some Sterling from my bank a/c. Went OK.

Yes, Chat Help is slow on App. Had to contact them re getting a new card when old one expired. Took them a couple of days to reply but were helpful when they did and sorted the problem.

“Resolved”

Then started a new chat. But still not resolved so had a winge on Twitter.

Now have Someone looking into it.....

This thread saved me from embarrassment.

I checked my Revolut App after reading the OP.

Worked perfectly, as always, but...

I only had €0.97 left!

A couple of button presses and instantly I was back in funds...

I LOVE Revolut.

Yes I get it sometimes & is usually a dodgy internet connection. I just wait until I'm somewhere else with a better connection.

That means that the problem was you busted their loading limit. They have a progressive level dependant on the provision of financial information. I am using my Revolut card (upgraded to Premium) for the conversion and transfers for the Morelo and had to jump some significant hoops to achieve approval. However it is worth it as I can transfer at speeds almost like faster payments and without hassle on the amount and convert at will as sterling strengthens. Well one has to be optimistic!
