Reversing camera

Anybody got any suggestions of what reversing camera to buy for a Ford transit 2007 motorhome. Not sure what one wireless or wired . What make.

I would go for a wired one personally as you won’t have any problems with signal loss there a lots out there that have wireless though? You can get some really good kits at

You may want to give consideration to buying a double camera, so that you can use it as a rear view mirror and the pointy downwards reversing camera.
Odds on certainty at some time you will want to upgrade to the 2nd camera

Do u have a head unit (android radio with screen) that can except a video input?
Wire a small camera to reverse light or add a manual switch.
Everything I have read suggests Wired is best.

I have the same, got it 2 years ago,camera unit failed last year, got sent a replacement unit but that has failed this year, found that even when it was working it was a bit hit and miss whether it connected. now looking for a wired replacement

If you go wireless, and have a compatible Garmin SatNav, the Garmin BC40 camera is very good and, being battery-powered, really is ‘wireless’.
Ours works fine on our 7m ‘van, and the battery in the camera has lasted for 30 months so far……
