Reversing camera wiring on Ducato (1 Viewer)

I was n't able to find out for certain whether our 2014 Autocruise Forte was pre-wired but , as some vans had wiring to the high level brake light, I thought ot have a look. I have a cable with 3 sockets (white, black, red as shown) behind the light, which I'm hoping is what's needed. It doesn't match any standard plugs though, so I'm not sure. If it is the right cable then I have 2 questions.

What kind of adaptor do I need?

Where does the other end go?

more likely power only....red live, black ground, white reversing light switched live. if prewired for a camera, it would have a coaxial cable

Seems odd to only have a power supply though, unless it's intended for a wireless camera.
