Reversing camera interference on van radio (1 Viewer)

Hi all many thanks in advance my reversing camera causes the signal to fade on my radio with the ignition on any ideas please no camera the radio is fine. I did think about re wiring the camera direct to the battery
Any suggestions please thanks Dave aka Donk

I was advised by another Funster to put these kind of ferrite ring cores on the power supply of my camera. It worked for me. I put them on all of my 12v power leads.

Interesting thread this as it affects so many of us, please come back on and tell us if it worked or not, and where you put the ferrite rings for best effect.

Yes I'd be interested and grateful if they work.
I have the same problem although I think it's to do with the radio aerial stuck on the windscreen above the camera monitor picking up interference from the monitor screen. With the monitor off the radio is OK and is not affected by the satnav screen.
