Hi we have a limit at both events of 150 units for 2018 and yes we will be at and marshalling Newark and Newbury so plenty of room

Sounds good - shortly - probably over Christmas I will be posting the forms to book up the events ( Newbury and Newark shows - we have plenty of space and all pitches will be EHU this year so keep an eye out for new information appearing on the forum

Hi The show is Friday to Sunday but we camp from Thursday am to Monday Midday. All pitches will be EHU and unlike general camping we will be actually in the Show area so no distance to walk to get to the show or the stages. Cost for Unit with 2 people and EHU is £130 for the whole show that's the special club rate a massive saving on the normal price. The club has enjoyed these rates for 5years now I think.

Not quite - last few years we have had non ehu and ehu pitches £99 and £130 respectively. After much discussion in the background the organisers decided that the usual genny crowd were not up to their standard and tried a specialist temporary campsite EHU firm on general camping area at Newark this year and decided that they could do all pitches EHU for £130. If they had stayed with the previous we would have seen an increase on both ehu and non ehu pitches so win win.

Some spectacular things going on next year plus there are going to be bars and food as well as music on the Thursday night as well now

Hi - yes there is a rate for Solo campers but all pitches will have EHU so no Non EHU options. I will be putting the booking forms on the forum over Xmas so when you down load contact me before sending the form back

presumably we are getting some thing else with it but i don't know what?

For two people including camping it is £150 with Fun it's only £100 & you don't have a 20min walk from the plebs camping field.

That's it 2 tickets to the stages for each night Friday Sat and Sunday parking actually in the show area rather than in the camping field Camping from Thursday am to Monday Midday Music on Thursday night and EHU. Please bear in mind if you book general you cannot park with the club, Booking forms will be on line on the forum over Xmas so keep an eye open for them
