Dont go to Retford and park up or you may recieve one of these even though i remember buying a ticket for 2 hours. Robbin Twaxx

I think you will find by law these type of car parks are required to keep a record of all transactions. As the time of entry is clearly shown request the time log from say 15 mins before you entered and to 15 mins after you left. If you had bought a ticket there will be a record of it. How did you pay? Tell them you are certain you paid and if they want to take you to court over it they will have to produce the records

Good point about the Reg number. Im 99% certain i did but dont have the ticket to back it up.
Paid cash , was only around £1.80 so it didnt really bother me .
Just find it so bloody annoying that if i appeal and im refused, i then have to pay £100.
Its like being legally mugged.
