Just got back from the "Shropshire Inn"....

100yds up the road from us... we went there Saturday night for a meal with relatives.... it was superb ...

Not being an eat`y out person did not know what to expect... food wise or cost wise...

Food was beautifully cooked and served.... great menu...

Cannot comment on price,,, as said we are not used to eating out so nothing to compare really.. only fish n chips and a chinese takeaway..:giggler:

We were so impressed we went back tonight for Judy`s birthday..

And was not disappointed.. it was good....

Highly recommended when and if you come to visit us.. and no driving.. :clap2:  :beerchug: :beerchug:

here is their website.. =

So glad your early experience of living in Staffs has been a good one. Hope the move went well and that you'll be feeling settled soon.

Looks a nice menu, not basic pub grub(y) Nice that you had a meal out.

Sounds lovely...but I how can it be the Shropshire Inn in Staffordshire? :)

We were sat there last night debating the same question.

Can only assume there is already a "Shropshire Inn" in the vicinity.

And this one is not far from Shropshire...:imoutahere:
