Requirements for going through France and Spain into Portugal (1 Viewer)

Sure that the question has been asked but what requirements are there for getting into Spain from France. When travelling in a Motorhome how do you state on the Spanish entry form where you are staying as by definition when in a Motorhome you probably don’t know ! When crossing the border from France presumably there are now border controls. Would be interested to find out what is required paperwork wise. Would be taking the dog and know what is required to get into Europe which is a 10 Page document filled in by our Vet in French. Can just imagine what will happen if not filled in the correct coloured ink ?
How simple life used to be when all you needed was a respected English passport ! Any useful comments gladly received.

We went 8 weeks ago, and had no problems but then made the wrong choice of coming back via France. But the situation is changing all the time.

The form is only reqired if travelling by sea or air last time I looked?

Also look under " health control form & certificates" it states

At the present time it is not mandatory to present any form if the trip to Spain is by land.

It should also be in English ? If it isn't there is someting wrong.
The AHC , animal health certificate ,is what is reuired if you do not have an EU pet passport

Adding to the above, nothing needed to enter Portugal by road from spain. ( but by air from U.K., need to be double jabbed and have a neg test to avoid Quarantine!)
