Does anyone know where I can find a list of vignettes/costs etc that have to be purchased before entering /driving on roads in some europeon countries? Mainly Germany /Poland/Romania/Hungary etc? Dont want to get any big fines !

Yes google is your friend on this one but you could start with the websites of AA and Rac and this one from Caravan Motorhome Club

If you want to purchase vignettes and emmisions stickers, e.g. For Germany, be careful to go to the sites that sell them at reasonable cost, there will be commercial websites that charge a lot extra.

Tolltickets. Just order what you require and they post them to you. I have been doing this for years. You can also buy from garages before reaching border crossings
