Sorry, the only ones I have wouldn't be acceptable on this website. It's a shame as I think she's rather lovely. ;)

I use a selection of these from IKEA. Cheap as chips and do the job...(y)

We use the Lock and Lock storage containers.

Poundland cliplock containers, they cost £1 surprisingly :D

we still use the Tupperware oval containers suggested by Tacr2man. various sizes, virtually unbreakable (ours are probably well over 20 years old) and they don't rattle.

I find the clip lock type a bit of a nuisance and prefer the simpler tall tumbler shape type with screw on lids. I use black permanent marker on the lids. Example :

Err..... I use the box the tea comes in....:)

Another vote the Lock and Lock containers from the Range, except ours are rectangular like these Broken Link Removed.

They are great because if the van is not used for several weeks, as they are airtight, the contents stay in excellent condition.

Pretty tins lots of different sizes, hardware shops have them, Sara Miller Amazon?

You can’t beat a Betty’s Yorkshire tea tin, we use them for first aid kits too.

Ditto. I've been looking for a use for far too much Tupperware that my ex bought back in the day at the same time as a fondue set and a lava lamp . For 20 years the heap of essential yet never-used containers have come sliding out every time I open the cupboard door.

I don't understand how anyone can advertise curved (cylindrical or ovaloid) containers as "space saving".

What is needed are containers which tessellate, otherwise there is wasted space between them (unless you can wedge in tea-towels, serviettes or other such essential items). (y)

Go to ikea they have a great selection of snap lid plastic containers

Another vote for lock n lock.Pay for the real deal , cheaper ones soon distort and don't lock securely.

I use these. The squish, but stand up on their own, are washable and more or less seal (the seals aren’t perfect). You can get various shapes and sizes, some are more cylindrical, which might be more what she has in mind.
