Has anyone replaced the foam in their seats? Our dinette bench seat seems to be going a little soft. Trying to decide on which foam to use I think Reflex 40 or a firm foam may be ok but not sure. When checking the seat we found that a long slot has been cut to allow a piece of the top cover to be pulled through, giving a sculptured look. This also means that the front edge has begun to droop as the foam goes softer. Again, has anyone found an answer, as drooping is not popular and is making my wife unhappy.

I looked in yellow pages for a local foam dealer.. found one less than a mile away !
Took them the old seat foam and asked them for recommendation

They supplied replacement foam for £15 all cut and shaped to size.. I asked them for something firmer than we had but cannot tell you what they supplied, only that it worked really well

Since 2005 ish
We used a local upholsterer, took the seats to him and picked the firmer foam. Think it cost about £40 all done.

Cheers. Nige

First year under our belt!
I've just ordered all 11 cushions for ours in grey reflex foam, cut to size, with stockinette covering, from www.thefoamshop.co.uk. £220 delivered.

You can get a quote online but it's best to phone them when you've got a price. If you mention you've been getting quotes from sellers on Ebay the quoted price goes down. Seems a decent chap too.

Now to find some decent upholstery material and get the sewing machine out for when they turn up!

I've recently used this place for their foam cut to size service. Really pleased with the results, so they may be able to help you out.

Used Regal Furnishings a couple of years ago for a full refurbish. They recommended we go for the firmer foam; once used to it it is much more comfortable.
