Replacement vent/cover

Having just looked out the bedroom window i noticed that the toilet / shower outer vent cover is missing. The vehicle is Hobby van exclusive and the cover is about 600mm diameter. I,m resigning myself to having a major problem sourcing one or even a complete vent as it appears the vent is possibly integral to the shower door.
Can anyone guide me to to possible breakers or even where i may get a solution?

Having had a look round it would appear to be a widespread problem as you no doubt have found out it's just finding the best route to take,good luck
