Has anyone replaced Reich taps with a better quality domestic tap i.e Grohe? Mine has died and leaking.
Cheers

Just replaced my Reich Vector S kitchen tap (5 year old Burstner) which was leaking underneath. Didn't even think about another make as had to get it replaced quickly when we got home. No time to investigate others as we were away for a shake down trip. Now replaced. That tap is designed to use a "UniQuick" push together system but Burstner, in their wisdom, decided to use crimp fittings which made rejoining the pipes somewhat difficult.

It depends if you need a tap with a micro switch or not.

What tap did you use?

Replaced with the exact same one. I needed a micro switch. Note that there are two versions of Reich Vector tap. Different sizes. Some Reich taps have replaceable cartridges. Mine didn't.
