Currently I have 2 95ah AGM liesure batteries which have started to fail after 5 years.
Current wisdom concerning wet lead batteries is, if you want two, do it at the same time.
Is this the same recommendation for lithium?

yes it is, but they do come in lots of sizes and shapes now.
Advantage to 2 apart from size is if 1 fails you still have the other.

KS energy have a funster discount running now too https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/forum/threads/ks-energy-lithium-battery.251500/page-2

The main reason lead-acid vehicle and leisure batteries are usually 110Ah or less is the weight. It's difficult to manoeuvre anything bigger into confined spaces. You'll probably find a lithium battery of the same weight as one of the AGMs is around 200Ah. I'm not convinced by the redundancy argument, I think one big battery is better than two smaller ones.
