Replacement Exhaust (1 Viewer)

Hi can anyone help I'm trying to replace the exhaust on a 2006 Autotrail Arapaho finding it difficult to locate one or have one made. Has anyone else had this problem. Any advice please.

There are loads of Fiat ducato exhausts on ebay. If you can only find a left hand drive and need right hand it is a simple job to a welder, but this should not be an issue

I thought most ducato exhausts remained as per the original van with 1 box & side exit behind drivers door. That's if it is a Ducato?

exactly, the only difference is LHD or RHD

The same with most mercs too

I have a RHD ducato 2019 but the exhaust exits on the passenger side. I assume it's like that because the hab door is on the drivers side.

The exhaust should exit on the drivers side so not sure why yours has the LHD exhaust fitted.

Mine is a 2009 Ducato with hab door on uk off side. My exhaust exits behind the lhs of the cab too.

I had a problem locating one for my 2010 Comanche so in the end I had a stainless steel one made to fit ,not cheap but should last me out

Tyre and Exhaust centre in Bedford or Peterborough (for example) - book an appointment, they look at current layout and attachment points, rummage in the parts bin and make a stainless steel system to match and weld on necessary matching brackets and offer a choice of silencer box size depending on your preference. All for the same price as a factory supplied original car/van exhaust system.
Used this process on my old Toyota Celica from down pipe to tail pipe and cost £450 stainless steel fitted vs £790 for Toyota original exhaust system just to be supplied.

Power flow made some decent twin exhausts for my Jag at a very reasonable price including back boxes and in stainless.

Having trouble getting a tailpipe for my 2006 Mohican, can’t find anything to fit, most are flange type, mine clamps over outlet on rear box.

Go to a exhaust shop , particularly ones that specialise in stainless and they can copy and fit one while you wait .

Got a price for a stainless to be made, £200 ! Got a flexible pipe from ebay, £43, just had to make a couple of extra support brackets. Thanks all.
