Just been told by my local dealer in Peterborough that our Adria Matrix is too big (3m x 7.5m) and heavy (3.8 tonne) for them to service (I believe they can only service it on its own and a £45 MOT is not worth their while).
Does anyone else have an issue with Renault or knows a main dealer willing to service motorhomes. Failing that a reliable specialist either within 100 miles or so.

I agree with PeterCarole29 use a Renault truck dealer, Luckily I do all my own maintenance and only had to use them once as it was still under warranty

I had a problem with my Renault Master A/C unit. Under warranty by Brownhills and needed part and fitting which they do not carry Renault special tools for. Backed by their Debit Card I could use any Renault dealer. None that I contacted were willing or able to do the work. Contacted Adria who put me in contact with Renault in North London. They did the same checks as Brownhills, found no fault but told to return after three weeks. A/C was working, Brownhills paid Renault, on return to Renault they said nothing was wrong with A/C. Warranty now well out of date (extended by Brownhills due to Covid) after 5 days the A/C stopped working. I still have no A/C and part costs £600. Renault dealers not my favourite people.
