Been using ours this week being home alone, 
fill the bottom of the deep dish with oven chips, take the dog for a walk, come back put the half size dish inside the deep dish and put a pizza in, set table open beer and serve.
Brilliant bit of kit we have two, as we do of most things. Bob.
