Needed to heat some water to do the laundry and only have a small low wattage kettle and trying to preserve the gas as we're in Morocco so filled the Remoska with water and hey presto lovely hot water.

Loving my remoska. We've got home made egg and bacon pie in there for lunch and for 'afters' we're going to use it to 'steam' the Christmas pudds we found in a locker this morning!

Love my remoskas, have a standard one in the van and a grand at home, use both at home when family are here. not tried it as a 'kettle' but what a good idea. so forgiving too if you are cooking the right thing and happy hour lasts a bit longer.

We always use the Remoska to cook meat, as when cooked it is usually moist and juicy.
Can be used to cook almost anything.
