I’vea sliding Remis roof blinds (400mm sq)
Which is extremely stiff to open and close.
Van is only 18 months old.
I’ve tried wiping clean and smearing furniture Polish on the cable I can see (two pairs of cord and one metal Rod each side)
The larger (600mm sq) blinds in kitchen is fine but I notice the pairs of cords run parallel on kitchen but cross over smaller bed blinds.
Can canine help?
Cheers

We've used PTFE spray which helps but there may be better solutions.

Have you tried cleaning and polishing the plastic guides which the finger bar runs along?
BTW, a can of silicone spray in your tool box comes in handy for jobs like this one, and is excellent for lubricating wind out awning brackets and guides. (y)

Cheers,

Jock. :)
