Remis Blind/flyscreen (1 Viewer)

Hi,
does anyone know if the Remis blinds can be adjusted? Came to open ours this morning and there is not enough tension to take it back up without a helping hand. It has worked fine until know and is only 14 months old.

I was told that there is a small adjustment on the strings but they need to be removed to carry this out.
