I leave from Portsmouth to Santander on 6th November also,but my ferry is 08:45 in the morning.
Gets me in at 14:15,so will get some driving in before dark.We are heading down to Portugal to walk the Algarve Way and then who knows where after that.Our trip is 5 month,so may end up anywhere ..
Enjoy your trip ,will be looking out for Funster badges ,so might even bump into you.
