Two main companies do these.
Apuljack as mentioned and a and n caravans in n Wales.
Do a Google they will both come up. Seems a very common issue on the ebox as the charger is not very heavy duty.

Mine is the EBL220.. think it has a charger rated at 18amps, the ebox is lower than that.
When I first moved to Burstner a few people advise me not to overload the charger. Main problem seems to be having to big a battery bank. There are some Burstner groups on Facebook, if you use it, may also offer further advise

I had a repair done on my eBox (failed 12 volt fridge supply) by Apuljak a few years ago, I think it cost around £250, but a new eBox was over £700 at the time ?
Mine is fitted with the extra add on Reich charger that can output more amps for an extra battery, but if it's just the battery charger that has failed, a cheaper option might be to just fit a decent stand alone battery charger ?
BTW, you have checked all the fuses pertaining to the leisure battery, I had the 50 amp mega fuse pop on mine once for no apparent reason ?
