For a change not your usual questions.
I currently have the twin 11kg Gasit system. My new van has the 6kg Gaslow system. The question is the filling pipe fittings the same so I can just swap them over?. I know the pipes to the regulator will be.

Try and fit the 11kg, as you'll need them for the heating. I did 36 litres in 3 days in Germany lol

Unless they are totally empty and cleaned internally they won't be allowed to be delivered by courier etc as they would be classed as dangerous so collection would appear to be the only option, or asking a funster in the area to do so for you and pass them on when you are next in the same vicinity.
