We had a double whammy incident where first our inverter packed in, then our door became stuck- both on the same morning!
We located this garage only a few miles from where we were. It’s in Ribagnac near Bergerac. They guy was really helpful- spent half an hour fixing the door then refused any payment. Said he was glad to help and to enjoy our trip. (Broken English from him and my schoolboy French).
He also spent time taking the inverter apart and delivered the message that it was knackered. They sold inverters but he told us theirs were too expensive and gave us some addresses of where we could get them cheaper!
