Mirrorguard for us as well.(y)

Had a "fencing match" with a white van man in a Cornish lane a couple of years back.
We were stopped and pulled tight over as he "raced" passed.
Didn't even give me time to pull our mirror in!:swear2:
Mirrors clattered together with ours, protected by Mirrorguards, just being pushed back into folded position.
Got out to check ours and apart from a grey scuff mark that polished out, no problems.(y)
His was glass and plastic all over the road!:whistle2:
Hate to think of the scar he could have left down the side of the body if his mirror hadn't disintegrated!:whistle2:

Had Mirroguards on previous van. Can't get them for the Carthago and, just for the purpose, got "kissed" by a French fire engine last month. Fortunately it cleaned up with T-Cut. Blighter wasn't even on 'blues & twos' either.

I bought Mirrorguards as well for our new pvc. Apparently the metal holding the mirrors is wafer thin:frowny: Luckily not had to test them yet......

Mirrorguard for me too
Happy I’ve got them on several occasions

Mirrorguards, they’ve been well tested, and saved at least 5 mirrors.

We've got mirrorguard.
One took a bash on our last trip from a van racing in the opposite direction down a lane. Mirror folded in, but no damage or marks. No idea what would have happened without mirror guards. Having lost wing mirrors in cars before, and the cost of renewal, these are an insurance.

Had Mirrorguard on our last truck, really good quality. One got smashed off yet the mirror and casing not scratched.
Got Milenco on this truck.............crap by comparison.

Wasn't a Cornish council van as we got "attacked" by one of them in 2020.
Black scuff on the bottom of our mirror so assuming that he had a scrap along the roof or high up on his van - explain that to your boss!!

Think  ours was an unliveried parcel delivery van. Probably a hired \ leased \ loaned one whilst his daily mount was in for repair?

I'm feeling quite smug, I ordered a set of mirrorguard protectors this morning for my newly aquired swift MH this morning - before I read this thread!

You won't regret it! Make sure you have plenty of soapy water on them as you fit them. They glide on much easier :)
